Bio and experience...
Michael Simeoni completed his B.Sc (Chemistry) and M.Sc (Science Administration)
at the University of Wollongong in 1992. He then spent the next 6
years in the environmental, coal and water industries before returning
to Macquarie University in 1998 to obtain his doctorate. After completing
his thesis on arsenic in groundwater in 2003, Michael moved to Perth
where he joined GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES PTY LTD, working
in both the Environmental and Geochemical Divisions. In 2006, Michael
moved to the University of Western Australia where he spent three
years developing rapid soil testing methods for cereal farmers in
Western Australia, before returning to GEOTECH in
2010.
